Fifth Anniversary Block Party Recap
Poster House’s Fifth Anniversary Block Party was a huge success! On Saturday, July 13, we hosted this annual event right outside the museum’s doors for the first time ever.
Although the day started out wet (it wouldn’t be a Poster House party without a little rain), the sun came out by noon and the program went off without a hitch. More than ten thousand people attended our annual Block Party to celebrate five years of Poster House.
Guests enjoyed live music and dance performances, activations from community partners, games, prizes, giveaways, and, of course, our acclaimed exhibitions! In fact, the museum itself welcomed more than two thousand visitors, the highest single-day attendance in Poster House history.
Poster House even received a proclamation from the City of New York to commemorate the occasion!
