Poster House welcomes members and friends to Disability Pride Night, an evening celebrating artistic and personal expression. Stop by for a Vibrant Verbal Description Tour of Love & Fury: New York’s Fight Against AIDS, a hands-on flag-making workshop, and a special performance by artists from Daniel’s Music Foundation’s label Just Call Me By My Name®.
Poster House’s Café des Affiches will also be open! Indulge in a delicious drink as you socialize, and try special cocktails inspired by the museum’s current exhibitions.
All programs are free and open to the public. Advance registration is required as space is limited. While this event is primarily offered for members of the disability community, everyone is welcome, space permitting.
Details on each Disability Pride Night program can be found on Poster House’s Events page.
Accessibility Note: Café des Affiches offers menus in large print and braille and is equipped with a T-coil. ASL Interpretation will be available throughout the event.
