Related Events
Join us for a hands-on workshop where participants will use monotype printmaking, drawing, and collage to create one-of-a-kind posters. Drawing inspiration from the exhibition Act Black: Posters from Black American Stage & Screen, participants will be encouraged to make their own narrative movie posters using paper and magazine cutouts, layered text, and drawing to support their imagined stories and characters.
No prior experience is needed and all materials will be provided.
This workshop is presented in partnership with Visual AIDS.
