Related Events
Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes when a curator is preparing a museum exhibition? Poster House invites you to learn more in a hands-on workshop led by our Assistant Curator of Collections, Es-pranza Humphrey, in which we will explore how to conduct research, select posters, and tell a compelling story through design.
Afterward, students will get the chance to test their new skills by workshopping a show of their own based on our upcoming exhibition, The Subway Sun! Snacks and drinks will be provided. This is not a drop-in program, please check-in by 3:30pm for the start of the session at 3:45pm.
PH x Teens is a program for young adults ages 13 to 18 focusing on drop-in art activities and college and career prep.
Accessibility Note: Masks and clear masks are available free of charge at the museum. Assistive listening devices and stools are available. ASL (American Sign Language) interpretation or a CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) is available upon request.
