Poster Kids: Map it Out

Whether we’re traveling by train, car, or plane, chances are we still rely on maps for directions. After exploring Wonder City of the World: New York City Travel Posters, we’ll create our own maps to guide people through New York City. 

Join Poster House on select Sunday mornings from 10:30am–12pm for a family-friendly, interactive poster tour and a related art-making experience. Admission is free; advanced registration is required.

This program invites children 5–11 years old and their adults to collaborate (siblings are welcome). This is not a drop-off program.

Accessibility Note: Masks and clear masks are available free of charge at the museum. Assistive listening devices and stools are available. ASL (American Sign Language) interpretation or a CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) is available upon request.
